Fuel Economy Passes the ACEA MB M111FE (CEC-L-54-T-96) test with a minimum fuel economy improvement of 2.5%. Volkswagen specific tests · Passes the VW PV 1449 (T4) test for viscosity increase and engine deposits. Passes the VW PV1452 (TDI) test for gluing piston rings and cleaning pistons. Pass VW gasket tests.

Engine wear and durability

Passes the Peugeot TU3M abrasion resistance test of the valve control system (CEC-L-38-A-94). Passes the OM646LA test (CEC-L-099-08) related to wear of the cams (inlet / outlet), wear of the cylinders, bore polish, wear of the tappet (inlet / outlet), cleaning of the pistons and sludge in the engine.

Cleaning the engine

Pass the Peugeot TU5JP-L4 test for high temperature deposits (CEC-L-88-T-02) gluing of the rings and lacquers on the pistons. Pass VW TDI piston cleaning test (CEC-L-78-T-99). Pass ASTM Sequence VG Engine Sludge Test (ASTM D6593). Passes MB M111 engine sludge test.

Control of carbon residues

Passes DV4TD Intermediate Temperature Dispersivity Test (CEC-L-093-04). Technical specifications, approvals and recommendations. ACEA C3 VW 502.00 / 505.01
